William Sheridan is a commercial real estate broker in both California and Colorado, with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Since 1984, he has worked in a multitude of real estate subtypes from development to investment to management and beyond. William is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), RICS Fellow (FRICS), and earned his MS of Real Estate and the Built Environment with honors. His vast, varied experience over nearly four decades in the world of real estate has contributed to great and diverse breadth of knowledge to pull from for CRE clients.
Brianne Sheridan has 10 years of experience in marketing and communications across a variety of industries including nonprofit, healthcare, tech, fine jewelry, and real estate. In 2016 she relocated to Colorado to pursue her MS in Marketing from University of Denver. She joined her family's businesses as the VP of Marketing in 2019, and in 2020, and when the first Colorado property was acquired by SFinvest, took on property management responsibilities as well. In early 2023 Brianne earned her Colorado Real Estate Broker's license in order to take on a more substantial role within the family's businesses.
William and Brianne's different areas of expertise and unique professional perspectives combine to create an effective and powerful team.
