Our full-service maintenance department is supervised by Tom Sharkey.  Tom's team is committed to providing prompt, high quality maintenance of our communities.

We self-perform most carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, commercial pool maintenance and other maintenance services at our properties.

Led by Property Manager Shelly Gilcrest, SFinvest provides top notch management of our communities with a focus on quality housing at affordable prices. 

Our CAM Certified Managers backed up by our principals provide a high level of management for our properties.

We offer our residents a web centric service experience.  Forms, e-payment options, and work orders are all available to our residents for their convenience.  Our sophisticated IT infrastructure based on a MS Windows server architecture, Yardi Enterprise Property Management, and IIS 6 based websites provide prospective residents and existing residents with virtually all the services they need online.

IT Consulting

SFinvest can provide you with web hosting and IT infrastructure consulting services.

Hosting capabilities include IIS6 and Apache platforms, PHP Support, MySQL and MSSQL database support.  We manage our own DNS, and all servers are hosted in a DMZ behind a Cisco based firewall.
