Management Team

Our small team has a vast array of management expertise.  Principals, William Sheridan and Geralyn Sheridan have successfully built businesses, and acted in management capacities for Fortune 500 Companies.  We think out of the box and know how to get things done.  

More about our Principals

• William Sheridan hails from San Francisco where he grew up in a family business involved in Building Materials Distribution to major contractors.  His experience included a regional selling position with Cessna Aircraft Corporation, and later the overall management of Allstate Plywood, a regional building materials distributor in the Bay Area.  During the 1980s and 1990s, Mr. Sheridan held management positions at Pacific Supply and Sierra Gypsum North.  Mr. Sheridan has also developed subdivisions and apartment communities in Chico and a commercial building in San Francisco.  In the 1990s through 2001, Mr. Sheridan was a Project Manager at SAIC, a Fortune 500 Company based in San Diego where he consulted to clients including Sutter Health, Kaiser Permanente, Scripps Health, the Government of Saskatchewan, and ANX (the B to B Network linking the vendors and dealers to the worlds largest auto makers).  Since 2001, Mr. Sheridan has been a principal at  SFinvest.  Mr. Sheridan is a licensed California Real Estate Broker #864265, a licensed California General Contractor, an FAA Airline Transport Pilot, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a Cisco Certified Network Professional.

• Geralyn Sheridan began her professional career working at the Diners Club division of Citicorp.  Mrs. Sheridan rose through the ranks and was a bank officer and collection group manager managing seriously delinquent credit card collection portfolios and legal collections at Citicorp.  Later, she worked as an accounting supervisor at CNA Insurance.  In 1989, Mrs. Sheridan came to Chico where she took over management of a large portfolio of multi-family residential properties.  After leaving that position in 1994, Mrs. Sheridan worked in retail sales of jewelry, a vocation that became her passion, and one she has pursued since that time.  In 1991, Mrs. Sheridan joined SFinvest as its' CFO.  Mrs. Sheridan remains involved in the oversight of operations at SFinvest, and is now pursing her interests in Gemology and Jewelry creation and marketing.  Mrs. Sheridan has received her Gemology Institute of America (GIA) Diploma in Gemology, and in Business Administration.
